Do you have a practice routine or favorite practice game: No routines - I only work on the physical mechanics or I play Matches.
Before a tournament or big match, what is your warmup routine: The same as if I were warming up at home. I focus on the feel and mechanics and getting that as repetitious and smooth as I can.
Can you share some words of wisdom for new players? I've typed a bunch of different responses and deleted them all. There is so much nuance in the advice as it won't apply to everyone the same.
I will say this... Relax EVERYTHING and make everything you do purposeful. And if you are really struggling - Hit up the Anubis Academy!
What is something you wish you’d see more of in darts? Increased cooperation between the various businesses, vendors, etc to help grow the sport
