Do you have a practice routine or favorite practice game: Form practice then 50 bulls, the rest lately is on the speed cricket game on the G3 for 99 rounds on triples.

Before a tournament or big match, what is your warmup routine: Bulls 'til my arm is loose then I work on just hitting singles because I find that I lose more games just from missing simple singles.

Can you share some words of wisdom for new players? Just enjoy playing the game and don't put too much pressure to be great too fast.

      Love the grip in back with the scalp. Always have reference point when I throw and these are way better then throwing my 14.5 gram barrels
